Swiss Fiat AG is a company incorporated in Switzerland and registered with the Swiss self-regulatory organization SO-FIT as a provider of services relating to virtual assets, in accordance with the Swiss Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and related FINMA guidance.

Swiss Fiat AG is not authorized, licensed, or supervised under Regulation (EU) 2023/1114 on Markets in Crypto-Assets ("MiCA") or by any competent authority within the European Union or the European Economic Area. Switzerland is not an EU/EEA member state, and MiCA does not apply to Swiss Fiat AG's operations.

As a result, clients and users located in the EU/EEA do not benefit from the regulatory protections, disclosure requirements, or investor safeguards that MiCA provides to customers of MiCA-authorized crypto-asset service providers. This includes, without limitation, protections relating to white paper disclosure requirements, custody and safeguarding of client crypto-assets, complaint-handling procedures, and prudential requirements under MiCA.
